John Caswell advises, cajoles and facilitates leadership thinking. He helps people see the future of their business.

He started in business working with friends in technology in Cambridge. He was a very early employee at Acorn Computer and launched The BBC Micro —  the dawn of the computing industry in the United Kingdom. From these innovations, ARM was formed. John moved to London and formed a full service marketing agency creating award-winning work for Benetton, SAP, IBM and many others.

John is well known and respected for his ‘structured visual thinking’ programmes, an approach and mentality to accelerating value and making rapid progress in business.
